1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending investigation may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Rule: Each individual Player is permitted to hold one registered account on 444bb. Duplicate accounts — whether registered by the same person, from the same household address, shared device, or shared IP address — are strictly prohibited. 444bb reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining balance to the first verified account at its sole discretion.

2.4 Excluded Persons: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 444bb, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to register or participate in real-money play on the platform.

3. Account Registration

Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: 444bb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Currency: All transactions on 444bb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 444bb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment provider converts currency at source, the converted BDT amount credited to your 444bb wallet will reflect the exchange rate applied by your provider, not 444bb.

4.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 444bb, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account (the "same method" rule). This rule is in place to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. 444bb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.5 Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 444bb is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or third-party processors.

4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and free bet winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

4.7 Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). 444bb reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 from dormant account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 18 months of inactivity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 444bb offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: sports bets contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 15%; video slots contribute 100%; and virtual sports contribute 50%. Specific promotion terms may override these default rates.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 444bb are subject to acceptance by the platform. 444bb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where a result is already known, where a manifest pricing error has occurred, or where unusual betting patterns have been detected.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement within the betting interface.

6.3 Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or duplicate market listings — 444bb reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.4 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. There may be a short delay between the live action and the update of in-play markets. Bets placed during this delay period may be voided at 444bb's discretion. 444bb accepts no liability for losses arising from data feed delays.

6.5 Event Cancellation and Postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed for more than 48 hours from its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply for markets where the bet has already been settled — for example, a first-innings total in a cricket match that has already been completed.

6.6 Cricket-Specific Rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket markets, match betting requires a minimum of 50% of the scheduled overs to be bowled for bets to stand (unless the market has already been determined). 7. Casino Games

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444bb platform and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of funds where violations are confirmed:
